摘　　要：目的观察一效膏对压疮创面的治疗效果。方法选择压疮患者病例60例共60创面,随机分为研究组与对照组,各30例。研究组予基础换药联合一效膏治疗;对照组予基础换药联合贝复济治疗,对2组治疗14 d、30 d压疮创面PUSH评分进行对比分析,对2组治疗30 d创面组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达情况进行对比分析。结果治疗30 d创面PUSH评分,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗30 d创面组织VEGF表达,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一效膏治疗压疮具有良好的临床效果,可明显改善压疮创面渗出情况,促进创面组织愈合,缩短治疗周期,其作用机理可能与促进创面组织VEGF表达有关。Objective?To observe the effect of Yixiao ointment on the wound of pressure sore. Methods A total of 60 wounds in hospitalized/outpatient cases of pressure sore were randomly divided into study group and control group, each with 30 cases. The study group was treated with basic dressing and Yixiao ointment, and the control group was treated with the basic dressing and bFGF. The push score of 14 days and 30 days pressure ulcer in two groups and the expression of vescular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the study of 30 days of wound tissue were analyzed. Results The PUSH score in the study group was better than that in the control group on the 30th day, and the expression of VEGF in the wound tissue in the study group was better than that in the control group on the 30th day after treatment (P<0.05). conclusion It is suggested that Yixiao ointment has good clinical effect in treating pressure sore, which can obviously improve the exudation of pressure sore wound, promote wound healing and shorten the treatment period. And its mechanism may be related to the expression of VEGF in wound tissue.
