摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷疗法结合艾灸治疗围绝经期妇女失眠的临床疗效。方法将120例围绝经期失眠患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,各60例。对照组采用穴位贴敷治疗,治疗组采用穴位贴敷疗法结合艾灸治疗。观察2组生存质量MRS评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分及疗效。结果实际统计病例117例,治疗组58例,对照组59例。2组治疗后,治疗组和对照组的MRS评分和PSQI评分均显著下降(P<0.05)。MRS评分和PSQI评分方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为86.2%,优于对照组的71.2%(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷结合艾灸治疗围绝经期失眠疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the acupoints application combined with moxibustion therapy in treating women’s menopause with insomnia. Methods 120 cases with women’s menopause with insomnia were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupoints application. The treatment group was treated with acupoints application and moxibustion therapy. The two groups’ MRS score, PSQI score and curative effect were observed. Results 117 cases were actually counted, including 58 cases in the treatment group and 59 cases in the control group. After treatment, two groups’ MRS score and PSQI score were both lower than before, and there was a statistically significant difference between two groups’ MRS score and PSQI score (P<0.05). It showed that the treatment group’s treatment methods was significantly better than that in the control group. And the total effective rates were 86.2% and 71.2% respectively in the two groups and two groups had statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The acupoints application combined with moxibustion therapy in treating women’s menopause with insomnia is effective and with no obvious dverse reactions.
