全程无缝隙护理模式对初产妇分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的研究全程无缝隙护理模式对初产妇分娩结局的临床应用效果。方法随机选取我院2016年6月-2017年6月拟行自然分娩的初产妇260例,采用电脑随机选取的方式将其分为观察组和对照组,各130例。对照组采取产科常规分娩护理措施联合拉玛泽呼吸法,观察组在对照组基础上采取全程无缝隙护理模式,全面评价应用效果,对2组初产妇分娩方式、母乳喂养率、产后2 h出血量、新生儿1 min阿普加评分及自然分娩总产程进行对比分析。结果观察组初产妇的自然分娩率、新生儿1 min阿普加评分和母乳喂养率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组初产妇自然分娩的总产程和产后2 h出血量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施全程无缝隙护理模式对初产妇分娩质量的提高呈正相关,可显著缩短总产程耗时,自然分娩中的疼痛减轻,从而使自然分娩率明显提高,剖宫产率显著降低,产后出血量明显减少,提高新生儿阿普加评分,临床应用价值高。Objective To study the clinical effect of whole seamless nursing model on the delivery outcome of primipara. Methods 260 cases of primipara of spontaneous delivery in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly selected and divided into observation group (130 cases) and control group (130 cases). The control group was given conventional obstetric delivery nursing measures combined with Lamaze breathing method. The observation group was given the whole seamless nursing mode. The delivery mode, breast-feeding rate, 2 hours postpartum hemorrhage, 1 min Apgar score of newborn and the total labor process were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The spontaneous delivery rate, 1 min Apgar score of newborn and breast-feeding rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the total labor process and 2 hours postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the whole course seamless nursing mode is positively correlated with the improvement of delivery quality of primipara, which can significantly shorten the total labor time, relieve the pain in spontaneous delivery, so that the rate of spontaneous delivery is significantly increased, the rate of cesarean section is significantly reduced, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage is obviously reduced, the Apgar score of newborn is improved and the clinical application value is high.
