摘 要:目的探讨系统健康教育在2型糖尿病伴阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者中的应用效果。方法将80例2型糖尿病伴OSAHS患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上加强系统健康教育。分别在干预前、干预3个月及6个月后比较2组的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、中文版糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)得分。结果干预3个月后,观察组SDSCA得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预6个月后,观察组HbA1c、AHI均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且SDSCA得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统健康教育可以提高2型糖尿病伴OSAHS患者的自我管理行为,长期应用更为显著,有助于改善其治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of application of systematic health education in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome. Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with OSAHS were randomly divided into observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The control group was given routine nursing, on the basis of which the observation group strengthened the systematic health education. Before intervention, 3 months and 6 months after intervention, the level of HbA1c, SDSCA and AHI, Chinese version of diabetic self-management behavior scale were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, the score of SDSCA in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and after 6 months of intervention, the HbA1c, AHI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the score of SDSCA in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic health education could improve self-care activities, and have a positive impact on the therapeutic effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.
