摘　　要：随着医疗技术的发展,PICC现已成为现代医疗不可或缺的一部分,广泛应用于临床,具有导管弹性好且安全、方便、可靠、保留时间长、对血管的损伤小等特点,在减轻患者痛苦的同时减轻了护士的临床工作压力。在神经重症患者的输液、特殊用药、肠外营养的支持等方面具有重要的作用。PICC存在穿刺点的渗血、渗液等并发症,且随着PICC的广泛应用,其问题也愈加突出。本文将通过对国内外相关文献的回顾,对PICC渗液的相关危险因素、预防及针对发生的护理措施进行归纳总结,为降低PICC渗液的发生率提供临床参考。With the development of medical technology, PICC has become an indispensable part of modern medical treatment and is widely used in clinic. It has the characteristics of good elasticity, safety, convenience, reliability, long retention time and little damage to blood vessels. It reduces the pain of patients and the pressure of clinical work of nurses. It plays an immeasurable role in infusion, special medication and parenteral nutrition support for patients with severe neurological diseases. However, there are also related complications and adverse reactions. The bleeding and exudation of puncture point is one of the complications. With the wide application of PICC, its problems become more and more prominent. By reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad, the risk factors, prevention and nursing measures of PICC exudation were summarized to provide clinical reference for reducing the incidence of PICC exudation.
