血清丙型肝炎病毒核酸含量联合肝功能检测在100例丙型肝炎患者诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：[目的]探讨血清丙型肝炎病毒核酸含量联合肝功能检测在丙型肝炎患者诊断中的临床意义.[方法]选择2017年1月至2019年2月间接受检测的100例丙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受单独血清丙型肝炎病毒核酸含量检测、肝功能检测及血清丙型肝炎病毒核酸含量联合肝功能检测,比较不同检测方法的阳性率并分析血清丙型肝炎病毒核酸含量与肝功能指标的相关性.[结果]血清丙型肝炎病毒核酸含量联合肝功能检测的阳性检出率显著高于单独血清丙型肝炎病毒核酸含量检测和肝功能检测(χ~2=19.151,P<0.01);胆碱酯酶正常组的前白蛋白及白蛋白水平均显著高于胆碱酯酶轻度异常组和胆碱酯酶异常组,相关性分析结果显示,血清胆碱酯酶与前白蛋白、白蛋白呈正相关(r=0.725,0.806,P<0.05).[结论]血清丙型肝炎病毒核酸含量联合肝功能检测在丙型肝炎的诊断中有较高的阳性检出率.OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical significance of serum hepatitis C virus nucleic acid content combined with liver function test in the diagnosis of patients with hepatitis C. METHODS A total of 100 patients with hepatitis C who were tested from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected. All patients received single serum HCV nucleic acid content test, liver function test, and serum HCV nucleic acid content combined with liver function test. The positive rate of different detection methods was compared and the correlation between serum HCV nucleic acid content and liver function index was analyzed. RESULTS The positive detection rate of serum HCV nucleic acid content combined with liver function test was significantly higher than that of serum HCV nucleic acid content test and liver function test(χ~2=19.151,P<0.01). The levels of prealbumin and albumin in the normal cholinesterase group were significantly higher than those in the mildly abnormal cholinesterase group and the abnormal cholinesterase group, the correlation analysis showed that serum cholinesterase was positively correlated with prealbumin and albumin(r=0.725,0.806,P<0.05). CONCLUSION Serum HCV nucleic acid content combined with liver function test had a higher positive detection rate in the diagnosis of hepatitis C.
