摘　　要：为提高高校网络故障维护服务信息化水平,提出基于微信公众平台和学生志愿者服务的网络故障二维码报修及维护系统。该系统以云南师范大学云计算平台为支撑,借助微信公众平台的新媒体及其二维码技术,结合学生志愿者校园网故障维护业务,实现其主要功能。实验结果表明,系统可正确、流畅运行,明显提升了校园网络设备的故障维护水平。In order to improve the informatization level of network fault maintenance service in colleges and universities,the author puts forward a network fault QR( Quick Response) code repair and maintenance system based on WeChat public platform and student volunteer service. The system is supported by cloud computing platform of Yunnan Normal University,with the help of new media and QR code technology of WeChat public platform,and combined with the campus network fault maintenance business of student volunteers,achieving its main functions. The experimental results show that the system runs correctly and smoothly,and can significantly improve the maintenance level of the campus network equipment.
