家政服务员外延性社会支持网络构建研究——基于对长春市住家型家政服务员的研究

摘　　要：文章在社会网络概念的基础上,将家政服务员的社会支持网络分为内生性社会支持网络和外延性社会支持网络,通过深度访谈、参与式观察获取家政服务员社会支持现状资料,分析了家政服务员因社会支持网络缺失所带来的不良影响,提出了外延性社会支持网络构建的策略。Dividing the domestic workers'social support network into endogenous and extensional social support network on the basis of the concept of social network.Gaining data of the social support situation for domestic workers through in-depth interview and participatory observation.Having analyzed the unwelcome effects for domestic workers as a result of loss of social support network□ this paper proposed the strategy that constructing the extensional social support network.
