摘 要:以澳洲坚果‘HAES344’和‘HAES788’为试验材料,在果实成熟期喷施不同浓度(1.4 g/L、1.8 g/L和2.2 g/L)的乙烯利溶液,分析乙烯利对落果和落叶的影响。结果表明,‘HAES344’和‘HAES788’喷施乙烯利溶液后的落果率、落叶量均显著高于CK,落叶量随乙烯利浓度的升高而增加,落果率在4-6周随乙烯利浓度的升高而逐渐增加。其中,‘HAES344’在1-3周喷施浓度为1.8 g/L和2.2 g/L的落果率显著高于1.4 g/L;‘HAES788’在1-3周喷施2.2 g/L的落果率显著高于1.8 g/L和1.4 g/L,说明澳洲坚果不同品种对乙烯利的敏感性不同。应用本方法可以节约成本,提高采收效率。Using macadamia cultivars'HAES344'and'HAES788'as test materials,different concentrations(1.4 g/L,1.8 g/L and 2.2 g/L)of ethephon solution were sprayed at fruit ripening stage to analyze its effect on fruit drop and defoliation of macacamia nut.Compared with the control,the results showed that both tested cultivars had aparently higher percentage of fruit and leaf abscission after spraying ethephon solution.The higher the ethephon concentration is,the more serious the defoliation would be.And the fruit drop rate would graduately increase with the increase of ethephon concentration in 4 to 6 weeks.Among which cultivar'HAES344'had higher fruit drop rate at a concentration of 1.8 g/L and 2.2 g/L than that of at 1.4 g/L after spraying in 1 to 3 weeks,while cultivar‘HAES788’had higher rate at 2.2 g/L than that of at 1.8 g/L and 1.4 g/L.This indicates that different cultivars have different response to ethephon.Thus those finds would help in saving cost and improving harvest efficiency.
