摘  要:通过对具有较长和较短松弛时间的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行熔融共混,提高了较长松弛时间HDPE的流延可牵引倍率,利用傅里叶红外光谱测试了膜片片晶的取向情况,扫描电子显微镜观测了片晶的形貌以及差示扫描量热仪测试了片晶的厚度,进而研究了辊速对HDPE及其共混物流延拉伸膜片晶取向及厚度的影响。结果表明,各共混组分的熔体可牵引性随着较短松弛时间的HDPE含量的增加而增加;片晶c轴沿机械方向(MD)的取向度随牵引速率的增加而增加;片晶生长方向(b轴)沿MD垂直平面时,膜片具有排核片晶结构,随着牵引速率的提高片晶的偏转和扭曲程度降低;片晶厚度随牵引速率增加而减小并在一定范围趋于一个平台,退火使各试样片晶厚度都发生增加,退火前后片晶厚度变化趋势一致。Through the melt blends of long relaxation time and short relaxation time high density polyethylene( HDPE),the draw velocities of the long relaxation time HDPE cast films were increased.The lamellar orientation was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),the lamellar morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope( SEM) and the lamellar thickness was measured by differential scanning calorimetry( DSC).Consequently,the effect of roller rates to the lamellar orientation and lamellar thickness of HDPE and HDPE blends cast films were researched.The results show that the traction of HDPE blends cast films could increase with the contents of the short relaxation time HDPE increasing.The c-axis orientation along mechanical direction( MD) of the lamellae could increase with the increasing of traction rates.The row-nucleated lamellae structure is obtained when the lamellar growth direction( b-axis) along the plane vertical to MD,and the degree of deflection and distortion of lamellar could decrease with the traction rates increasing.The lamellar thickness could decrease with the increasing of traction rates to form a platform and annealing increases the lamellar thickness of the films.The change of lamellar thickness is consistent before and after annealing.
