摘  要:设计四因素三水平正交试验,以玻璃微珠(GB)/聚醚砜树脂(PES)复合粉末烧结成型件的弯曲强度和弯曲试件Z方向的尺寸精度作为参考指标,对激光烧结工艺参数进行优化。最终得到一组优化后的工艺参数为:激光功率20 W、扫描速度1 800 mm/s、扫描间距0.10 mm、分层厚度0.10 mm。无论是烧结成型件的弯曲强度还是弯曲试件Z方向的尺寸精度,在四因素中对它们影响最大的都是激光功率。Taking the bending strength and the dimensional accuracy of curved specimens in the Z direction of glass beads( GB)/polyethersulfone resin( PES) composite powder sintered parts as reference index,four-factor and three-level orthogonal test was designed and the laser sintering process parameters were optimized.Finally,a set of optimized process parameters were obtained,laser power was 20 W,scanning speed was 1 800 mm/s,scanning pitch was 0.10 mm and layer thickness was 0.10 mm.No matter the bending strength of the sintered molded part or the dimensional accuracy of the curved test piece in the Z direction,the laser power was most affected in the four factors.
