摘 要:为了降低汉麻增强聚丙烯(HF/PP)复合材料的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)释放量,分别以己二酸二酰肼、乙烯脲和三聚氰胺作为改性剂,通过热压成型工艺,制备了不同改性处理HF/PP复合材料。利用热重-质谱联用仪(TG-MS)等技术手段研究了不同试剂改性对HF/PP复合材料的VOC释放量、气味、力学性能和微观形貌的影响。研究表明,三种试剂改性后的HF/PP复合材料的VOC释放量均明显降低。其中,与未处理、己二酸二酰肼改性、乙烯脲改性相比,三聚氰胺改性HF/PP复合材料的VOC释放量最低,分别降低了43.90%、16.67%、3.61%,而甲醛、乙醛释放量相比未处理降低了25.25%、52.43%,同时HF/PP复合材料的气味降低了一个等级,为2级,有气味但无刺激性气味,力学性能也为最优,相较于未处理,拉伸强度、拉伸模量、弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别提高了43.8%、28.73%、23.13%和10.12%。In order to reduce the emission of volatile organic compounds( VOC) from hemp reinforced polypropylene( HF/PP)composites,it was modified with adipic acid dihydrazide,ethylene urea and melamine.Different modified HF/PP composites were prepared by a hot press forming process.The effects of different reagent modification on VOC emission,odor,mechanical properties and morphology of HF/PP composites were investigated by means of thermogravimetry-mass spectrometry( TG-MS).The results show that the VOC emission of the three modified HF/PP composites is reduced.Among them,melamine modified HF/PP composites have the lowest VOC emission content,and the total VOC emission is 43.90%,16.67%,and 3.61% lower than untreated,adipic dihydrazide modified and ethylene urea modified,respectively.The formaldehyde and acetaldehyde emission amount is reduced by 25.25% and 52.43% comparing with the untreated.And the melamine modified HF/PP composite has a lower odor,grade 2,no irritating odor.The mechanical property is also optimal.Comparing with untreated,tensile strength,tensile modulus,flexural strength and flexural modulus are increased by 43.8%,28.73%,23.13% and 10.12%,respectively.
