摘  要:以三聚氯氰、对氨基苯磺酸、二乙醇胺、氯代磷酸二苯酯为原料合成一种三嗪衍生物阻燃剂2-(4’-磺酸钠)苯胺基-4,6-二(2’-双环氧磷酸酯)乙胺-1,3,5-均三嗪(TSNP),并使用该阻燃剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)进行改性,制备了PC/TSNP复合材料。采用热重分析(TG)、极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL94)、锥形量热(CONE)对PC/TSNP复合材料的热稳定性和阻燃性进行研究。结果表明,TSNP显著提高PC基材的热稳定性;当TSNP的添加量为0.75%时,复合材料的LOI达到38%,点燃时间延长了50%,最大热释放速率峰值降低了46%,具有良好的阻燃效果。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对残炭进行分析,结果表明TSNP提高了炭层的致密性和稳定性,在凝聚相发挥阻燃作用。A triazine derivative flame retardant 2-( 4’-sodium sulfonate) aniline-4, 6-bis( 2’-diepoxy phosphate ester)ethylamine-1,3,5-homtriazine( TSNP) was synthesized from cyanuric chloride,p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid,diethanolamine and diphenyl chlorophosphate.The flame retardant was carried out to modify polycarbonate and prepare PC/TSNP composites.The thermal stability and flame retardancy of PC/TSNP composites were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis( TG),limiting oxygen index( LOI),horizontal vertical combustion( UL94),and cone calorimetry test( CONE).The results reveal that TSNP could significantly improve the thermal stability of PC substrate.When the addition of TSNP is 0.75%,the LOI value of the composite could reach 38%,the ignition time is extended 50%,and the maximum heat release rate could reduce 46%,exhibits a good flame retardant effect.Analysis of carbon residue by scanning electron microscopy( SEM) shows that TSNP could improve the compactness and stability of the carbon layer and play a flame retardant role in the condensed phase.
