摘 要:以氯化偏苯三酸酐与2-(4-氨基苯基)-5-氨基苯并噁唑为原料,通过预聚合、亚胺化两步反应合成了苯并噁唑型聚酰胺-酰亚胺。考察了不同反应温度及固含量对聚酰胺酸分子量的影响,确定了最佳的预聚合工艺。研究了苯并噁唑型PAI在不同化学溶剂中的溶解特征。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)与核磁共振氢谱(~1H NMR)表征了苯并噁唑型聚酰胺-酰亚胺的化学结构,采用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)与广角X射线衍射(WAXD)表征了材料的聚集态结构,并通过热失重(TG)分析了材料的热性能。结果表明,所制备得到的苯并噁唑型PAI为无定型态,具有优异的耐溶剂性与热稳定性。The polyamide-imide based on benzoxazole group was synthesized by pre-polymerization and imidization reaction using trimellitic anhydride chloride and 2-( 4-aminophenyl)-5-aminobenzoxazole as raw materials.The effects of different reaction temperature and solid contents on the molecular weight of the polyamic acid were investigated and the optimal pre-polymerization process was determined.The dissolution characteristics of benzoxazole-type PAI in different chemical solvents were investigated.The chemical structure of benzoxazole-type PAI were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy( ~1 H NMR).The aggregate structure of the benzoxazole-type PAI were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry( DSC) and wide-angle X-rays diffraction( WAXD) and the thermal properties was analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis( TG).The results show that the prepared benzoxazole type PAI is amorphous and has excellent solvent resistance and thermal stability.
