摘　　要：目的研究福建野鸦椿Euscaphis fukienensis果的化学成分。方法通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及制备液相等方法进行分离及纯化,并通过核磁技术进行结构鉴定。结果从福建野鸦椿果中分离得到18个化合物,分别鉴定为白桦脂酸(1)、丁烯酮(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、齐墩果酸(4)、坡膜酸(5)、β-香树脂醇(6)、没食子酸(7)、3,3′-二甲氧基鞣花酸(8)、槲皮素(9)、山柰酚(10)、异鼠李素(11)、2-表委陵菜酸(12)、3,3′,4′-三甲氧基鞣花酸(13)、1-氧泰国树脂酸(14)、2-氧代坡膜酸(15)、木鳖子酸(16)、熊果酸(17)、异鼠李素-3-O-芸香糖苷(18)。结论化合物6、11~15、18为首次从福建野鸦椿中分离得到,其中化合物13~15为首次从野鸦椿属植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the fruit of Euscaphis fukienensis.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and liquid phase preparation,and the structure were elucidated on the basis of nuclear magnetic technique.Results Eighteen compounds were obtained from the fruit of E.fukienensis,which were named as betulinic acid(1),tetraketide(2),β-sitosterol(3),oleanolic acid(4),pomolic acid(5).β-amyrin(6),gallic acid(7),3,3′-dimethoxy ellagic acid(8),quercetin(9),kaempferol(10),isorhamnetin(11),2-epitormentic acid(12),3,3′,4′-trimethoxy ellagic acid(13),1-oxosiaresinolic acid(14),2-oxopomolic acid(15),momordic acid(16),ursolic acid(17),isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside(18).Conclusion Compounds 6,11—15 and 18 are isolated from E.fukienensis for the first time,and compounds 13—15 are isolated from the genus Euscaphis for the first time.
