雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘的效果及对机体免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的效果及对机体免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月在焦作市人民医院治疗的60例小儿哮喘患儿,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组进行常规抗哮喘治疗,观察组在此基础上进行雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,比较两组主要症状消失时间、临床疗效、免疫功能指标及不良反应。结果观察组哮鸣音、湿鸣音、气喘、咳嗽等症状消失时间均明显短于对照组,且患儿治疗有效率以及CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+等免疫功能指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,对照组未出现不良反应,观察组出现声音嘶哑1例(33.33%,1/30),两组患儿不良反应率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对小儿哮喘患儿进行雾化吸入布地奈德治疗可提高治疗有效率,改善患儿免疫功能,且安全性良好。Objective To analyze the effect of aerosolized budesonide on the treatment and immune function of children with asthma.Methods Sixty children with asthma in the People’s Hospital of Jiaozuo from January to February 2018 were enrolled and divided into two groups. Thirty patients in the control group were treated with conventional anti-asthma treatment;30 patients in the observation group were treated with aerosolized budesonide. The main symptoms disappeared time, clinical efficacy, immune function indicators and adverse reactions were compared.Results The disappearance time of wheezing, wet sounds, asthma, cough and other symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the effective treatment rate and immune function indexes such as CD4^+, CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+ were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in the control group, and 1 case(33.33%) was observed in the observation group, there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups during the treatment period(P>0.05). Conclusions Inhalation of budesonide in children with asthma can improve the efficiency of treatment and the immune function of children, which has good safety.
