摘 要:为改善气体的增压过程,提高滑片式压缩机的排气压力,本文通过减小排气容积提出了一种不对称滑片式压缩机。建立了不对称气缸型线设计的几何理论,验证了气缸型线特性的优越性;对不对称滑片式压缩机的压比、气量进行了理论计算与分析,研究了不对称滑片式压缩机的理论工作过程;完成了不对称滑片式压缩机的数值模拟,对不同时刻下工作腔内压力变化进行了揭示,分析了不对称滑片式压缩机的动力学特性,通过进、出口质量流量守恒验证了几何模型的准确性。对于开发不同结构形式的新型滑片式压缩机具有重要的推动作用与参考价值。In order to improve the pressurization process of the gas,increase the discharge pressure of the sliding vane rotary compressor,a kind of asymmetric sliding vane rotary compressor was proposed by reducing the discharge volume.The geometric theory of asymmetric cylinder profile design was established,and the superiority of cylinder profile was verified.The pressure ratio and gas flow of the asymmetric sliding vane rotary compressor were theoretically calculated,and the theoretical working process of the asymmetric sliding vane compressor was studied.The numerical simulation of the asymmetric sliding vane rotary compressor was carried out,and the pressure changes of a specific working chamber at different moments were revealed.The dynamic characteristics of the asymmetric sliding vane rotary compressor were analyzed.The accuracy of the geometric model was verified by the conservation of inlet and outlet mass flow.It is an important driving force and provides a reference for the development of new type of sliding vane rotary compressor.
