摘 要:应用ANSYS软件对DN200三偏心硬密封调节蝶阀流阻系数进行了有限元分析,获得了90°(90°代表全开),80°,70°,60°,50°,40°,30°,20°开度下的流场和流阻系数的计算结果。对DN200三偏心硬密封调节蝶阀流阻系数进行了测试试验,获得了90°(90°代表全开),80°,70°,60°,50°,40°,30°,20°开度下的流阻系数。DN200三偏心硬密封调节蝶阀流场数值分析结果和流阻试验结果均表明:三偏心硬密封调节蝶阀可以在开度为0°到40°之间进行有效的流量调节;但开度在40°到90°之间时,调节效率较低;并且在开度为0°到40°之间时虽然进行有效的流量调节,但在此区间流动稳定性较差。因此三偏心硬密封调节蝶阀可以有效实现流量调节,但调节控制难度较高。Finite element analysis was conducted on the flow resistance coefficient of the DN200 tri-eccentric hard-seal regulating butterfly valve using ANSYS software.The calculation results of flow field,flow resistance coefficient were obtained for the valve at openings of 90°(fully open),80°,70°,60°,50°,40°,30°and 20°,respectively.The flow resistance coefficients of the DN200 tri-eccentric hard-seal regulating butterfly valve were tested,and the flow resistance coefficients of the valve at openings of 90°(fully open),80°,70°,60°,50°,40°,30°and 20°were obtained.Results from both the numerical flow field analysis as well as the experimental analysis of flow resistance coefficients show that the DN200 tri-eccentric hard-seal regulating butterfly valve was able to regulate the flow rate effectively at an opening between 0°and 40°.The efficiency of flow rate regulation became lower at an opening between 40°and 90°,and although the flow rate could be regulated effectively at an opening between 0°and 40°,the flow stability was relatively poor in this interval.Therefore,the tri-eccentric hard-seal regulating butterfly valve could effectively regulate the flow rate,but difficulty in adjustment control was higher.
