摘  要:土壤线虫研究是了解复杂地下生态系统生态过程和功能的窗口之一。中国西南喀斯特森林土壤线虫研究数据匮乏。选择贵州省中部高原型喀斯特常绿落叶阔叶混交林为研究对象,利用淘洗-过筛-蔗糖离心分离法对其土壤线虫密度特征和关键限制土壤因子进行了初步探索。结果表明,该喀斯特森林土壤线虫密度平均为207.44条/100 g干土。土壤线虫密度随土壤深度的增加而显著降低(P<0.05)。土壤理化性质、微生物生物量和线虫密度均表现出较高的异质性。相关分析表明,土壤含水量、微生物生物量碳、微生物生物量氮、有机碳、全氮和全磷含量是限制喀斯特森林土壤线虫密度的关键土壤因子。与非喀斯特森林相比,喀斯特森林土壤线虫密度较低。本研究可为中国西南喀斯特地貌类型区复杂地下生态系统生态过程和功能研究提供基础数据。Soil nematode study is the window to understand the ecological processes and functions of complex belowground ecosystem. Data on soil nematode study in karst forests in southwestern China is scarce. The soil nematode density and its key limiting soil factors of a plateau-surface karst evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest in central Guizhou Province, southwestern China are analyzed through elutriation and sugar-centrifugation method. Results show that the average soil nematode density of the karst forest is 207.44 ind/100 g dry soil. Soil nematode density decreases significantly with increasing soil depth(P<0.05). Soil physical and chemical properties, microbial biomass and nematode density present high heterogeneity as indicated by high variable coefficients. Correlation analyses show that soil water content, microbial biomass carbon, microbial biomass nitrogen, organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents are key soil factors limiting soil nematode density in the karst forest. Compared with nonkarst forests, karst forests present a low soil nematode density.
