摘 要:本研究以福建省永泰县同安镇西安、红阳、三捷3个村片区为例,用生态系统服务价值进行定量分析,探讨福州南方丘陵地区高标准农田建设对耕地生态系统服务价值的影响。结果表明:(1)研究区高标准农田建设后生态系统服务价值有所降低,从建设前的1 122.62×10^3元,减少到建设后的1 112.96×10^3元,减少了9.66×10^3元,主要由于坑塘水面转变为水田,水域部分的生态系统服务价值大幅下降。(2)高标准农田建设建议维持水域原状,合理规划交通运输用地。可以根据实际情况适当增加水域面积或者适当控制农村道路用地规模来增加耕地生态系统服务价值。(3)在建设改造沟渠和田坎时可以融入生态设计的理念,改变沟渠和田坎生态系统服务价值计算时的属性,增加沟渠和田坎的生态系统服务价值。The high standard farmland in the southern hilly area was analyzed with the ecosystem service value in Tong’an town,Yongtai County,Fujian Province to discuss the influence of high standard farmland construction on the eco-service of cultivated land.The results are as follows:(1)The eco-service value of the high standard farmland was improved after the construction of the study area from 1 502.81×10^3 yuan to 1 507.11×10^3 yuan and increased by 4.30×10^3 yuan.(2) The value of land eco-service can be increased by proper planning of transportation land,proper controlling of the area of rural road land and the appropriate increasing in the area of water area.(3) Ecological design can be carried out during the construction of agricultural canals and fields to change the first class attributes of the eco-service value calculation of the agricultural canal and the farmland so that the value of the eco-service of the fields and the canals can be increased.The eco-service value of cultivated land in the study area has been greatly improved through the construction of high standard farmland,which provides a reference for the influence of ecosystem service value of high standard farmland construction in typical southern hilly areas.
