摘  要:本文介绍了用硅烷偶联剂对片状锌粉进行改性,通过改变实验条件筛选出锌粉改性的最佳工艺方案,并对其与基料混合制备的涂料进行性能测试。结果表明:实验温度为70℃,反应时间为2h,改性剂用量为9%时改性锌粉的抗沉降性和分散稳定性最优。锌粉改性后涂料的附着力,耐盐雾性,耐腐蚀等性能有显著提高。This paper introduces the modification of flake zinc powder with silane coupling agent.The optimum technological scheme of modification of flake zinc powder is screened out by chan-ging experimental conditions.. The properties of the coatings prepared by mixing the zinc powder with the base material are tested.. The results show that the settlement resistance and dispersion of the modified zinc powder are improved when the experimental temperature is 70℃,the reaction time is 2 h and the dosage of modifier is 9%.The stability of the coating is the best,and the adhesi-on,salt spray resistance and corrosion resistance of the coatings modified by zinc powder are sign-ificantly improved.
