摘  要:本文通过正交试验研究水胶比、砂胶比和粉煤灰掺量对砂浆流变性和抗压强度的影响。实验结果表明:水胶比和砂胶比是影响砂浆流动性的主要因素;通过正交试验得出水胶比为0.55、砂胶比为2.65、粉煤灰掺量为25%,流动性和保水性均符合砂浆使用要求,砂浆抗压强度明显高于其他组砂浆抗压强度。The effects of water cement ratio sand cement ratio and fly ash content on the rheological property and compressive strength of mortar are studied by orthogonal test.The results show that the water-cement ratio and the sand-cement ratio are the main factors affecting the fluidity of mortar.Through orthogonal test,it is concluded that the water-binder ratio is 0.55,the sand-binder ratio is 2.65,and the fly ash content is 25%.The fluidity and water retention meet the requirements of mortar,and the compressive strength of mortar is significantly higher than that of other groups.
