摘　　要：通过瓶试实验、配伍性及复配试验、现场应用等,研究了科新公司多种反相破乳剂在苏丹124区块Heglig油田采油污水处理中的净化性能,通过初选确定了处理效果最好的KS-60-02反相破乳剂。通过复测实验,研究了不同加剂量下反相破乳剂KS-60-02对Heglig含油污水除油效果的影响,确定了最佳浓度,并进行现场测试。Through the bottle test, compatibility and compounding test, on-site application, etc., the purification performance of various new reverse demulsifiers of KSCC in the treatment of oil and sewage in Heglig oilfield in Block 124 of Sudan was studied. The KS-60-02 reverse demulsifier with the best treatment effect was determined by primary selection. Through retesting experiments, the effects of reversed demulsifier KS-60-02 on the degreasing effect of Heglig oily sewage at different dosages were studied and the optimum concentration was determined and tested in the field.
