多规格旋转便携式内六角扳手的研究与优化设计

摘　　要：本文涉及一种新型的内六角扳手,是一种轻巧的多规格的手动工具,同时也是一种工业制造业中不可缺少的得力手工具。传统的内六角扳手种类较多,功能单一,使用极为不便。本文章中设计一种多规格的内六角扳手,介绍了该扳手的设计结构、工作原理等。该新型工具结构优化设计、携带方便、可拧松紧不同规格的螺丝,为生产维修人员提供了便捷。This paper deals with a new type of inner hexagonal wrench,which is a lightweight,multi-specification manual tool,and also an indispensable and powerful tool in the industrial manufacturing industry. The traditional inner hexagonal wrench has many kinds,single function and extremely inconvenient use. In this paper,a multi-specification inner hexagonal wrench is designed. The design structure and working principle of the wrench are introduced. The structure of the new tool is optimized,easy to carry and tighten the screw of different specifications,which provides convenience for production and maintenance personnel.
