摘　　要：近年来,化工企业事故偶有发生,负面报道屡见不鲜,令社会对化工充满警觉和危机感。面对这样的局面,作为一名医药与化学工程学院的专业教师及新生班主任,应该注意引导学生心理,改进课堂教学,培养工匠精神,以引导学生树立正确的就业观和敬业观,重燃学习的激情,培养出适应企业岗位需求的高素质技能型人才。In recent years,accidents happen occasionally in chemical enterprises,and negative reports are common,which make the society full of alert and crisis sense to chemical industry. In the face of such a situation,as a professional teacher and a new head teacher of the school of medicine and chemical engineering,it’s necessary to pay attention to guiding students’ psychology,to improve teaching in class and to cultivate craftsman spirit,so as to guide students to establish a correct concept of employment and professionalism,rekindle their passion for learning,and cultivate high-quality skilled talents to meet the needs of enterprise posts.
