摘　　要：迄今为止,铝及铝合金的轧制技术相关理论以及实践基础较为薄弱,没有形成较为完整的理论和实践基础。本文通过对于铝以及铝合金轧制工艺润滑剂现状进行介绍,通过铝及铝合金冷轧工艺润滑剂添加剂的种类、性能、作用、机理、用量展开分析,对于其他添加剂以及润滑剂的配方组成及工业试用效果展开讨论,为工艺润滑剂在铝及铝合金轧制技术中的有效配置和应用做出探索。Up to now,the theoretical and practical basis of rolling technology of aluminum and aluminum alloy is relatively weak,and there is no complete theoretical and practical basis.This paper introduces the current situation of lubricant for aluminum and aluminum alloy rolling process,analyzes the type,performance,function,mechanism and dosage of lubricant additives for aluminum and aluminum alloy cold rolling process,discusses the formula composition and industrial trial effect of other additives and lubricants,and discusses the effective configuration and application of lubricant in aluminum and aluminum alloy rolling technology To explore.
