摘 要:作为传统钽电解电容器使用的阳极引线,固然有钽资源稀缺,价格波动大等诸多不利因素,一些商家为了扭转这种局面,积极在储量较大,价格低廉金属铌上做文章,采用了金属铌或钽铌合金丝来替代阳极引线。但由于在容量、抗脆性、耐高温性方面的缺陷,没有完全替代钽丝及钽电容器。为此,钽丝应用到钽电解电容器中,在一段时间还将长期存在,但由于钽丝加工商在实际生产中时常出现质量缺陷,将使电容器的漏电流(μA/mm2)、损耗(tanδ/%)增加。本文通过对现有生产加工工艺流程中存在的质量问题成因分析,希望通过分析减少或降低这些问题的发生的几率。As a traditional tantalum electrolytic capacitor used anode lead,of course,there are many unfavorable factors,such as scarce tantalum resources,large price fluctuations,etc.Some merchants in order to reverse this situation,actively in the reserves of large,low-cost niobium metal,using metal niobium or tantalum-niobium alloy wire to replace the anode lead.However,because of the defects in capacity,Brittleness resistance and high temperature resistance,tantalum wire and tantalum capacitors have not been completely replaced.For this reason,tantalum wire used in tantalum electrolytic capacitor will exist for a long time,but the leakage current(μA/mm2)and loss(tanδ/%)of the capacitor will increase because of the quality defects of tantalum wire processors in the actual production.This paper analyzes the causes of quality problems existing in the current production process,hoping to reduce or reduce the probability of these problems.
