酸枣仁汤对2型糖尿病患者肠道益生菌的影响及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察酸枣仁汤治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效及对肠道益生菌的影响.方法 将确诊为2型糖尿病且符合中医心阴虚型的患者40例,随机分为对照组20例,予盐酸二甲双胍片治疗;观察组20例,在对照组治疗的基础上,加用酸枣仁汤.两组疗程3个月.结果 两组患者治疗后症候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降优于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数和胰岛素敏感指数均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后,肠道乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数量均较治疗前增加,且观察组增加较对照组更明显(P<0.05).结论 酸枣仁汤治疗2型糖尿病,有较好的疗效,并能增加肠道益生菌数量.Objective To observe the effect of Suanzaoren Decoction on healthful intestinal microflora and clinical effect in patients w让h type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The 40 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into observation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given metformin hydrochloride orally,while the observation group was given Suanzaoren Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Results Compared with the control group,the symptom scores of the observation group decreased more obviously(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,HOMR—IR and ISI of the observation group decreased more obviously(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were higher the control group,which existing an obvious difference compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Suanzaoren Decoction has a good effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can improve the leves of healthful intestinal microflora.
