摘　　要：饲用甜菜是栽培甜菜中的一种类型,因其易于栽培,较耐干旱、耐盐碱、单位面积产量高。它是一种优质、多汁饲料作物,营养含量丰富,适口性良好,富含多种生命活性物质,其中甜菜碱作为饲料添加剂已经在饲料工业上广泛应用,其可以促进动物的消化,曾是欧洲主要饲料作物。饲料甜菜做为优质的饲料既可以切片或切丝后作为生鲜青饲料直接饲喂牛和猪等家畜。还可以作成青绿饲料缓解冬季畜牧饲料的紧缺。是很有发展前途的饲料作物。Fodder beets is a type of cultivated beet.It is widely cultivated because of its easy cultivation,drought tolerance,salt and alkali resistance,and high yield per unit area.It is a high quality,juicy feed crop.The fodder is rich in nutrients and has good palatability,and it is rich in a variety of life-active substances.Among them,betaine has been widely used as a feed additive in the feed industry,which can promote animal digestion.It used to be the main feed crop in Europe.It used to be the main feed crop in Europe.As a high-quality fodder,it can be sliced or shredded and used as fresh green feed to directly feed livestock such as cattle and pigs.It can also be used as a green fodder to alleviate the shortage of winter livestock fodder.It is a promising feed crop.
