摘　　要：[目的]评价针灸联合天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压的临床疗效。[方法]通过计算机检索PubM ed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、CNKI、VIP、Wanfang Data、以及CBM数据库,收集有关针灸联合天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),检索时间均为建库至2018年11月26日。采用RevM an5. 3软件进行Meta分析。[结果]最终纳入7个RCT,共722例研究。Meta分析结果显示,治疗组总有效率优于对照组[OR=5.39,95%CI(2.97,9.80),(P<0.00001)])。[结论]针灸联合天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压有良好的疗效,但现有研究数量少、质量低且针灸方式不利于盲法的进行,需要设计规范化、高质量、高标准、大样本的随机对照临床试验为高血压的临床治疗提供真实可靠的证据。[Objective]To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Tianma Gouteng decoction in the treatment of hypertension. [Methods]PubMed,Embase,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and CBM databases were searched by computer to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about acupuncture combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction for treating hypertension. For the construction of the library until November 26,2018.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5. 3 software.[Results]Seven RCTs were eventually included,for a total of 722 studies. Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group[OR=5.39,95% CI(2.97,9. 80),(P<0.00001)]. [Conclusion]Acupuncture combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction has good curative effect on hypertension,but the existing research is small in quantity and low in quality. The acupuncture method is not conducive to the blind method. It is necessary to design a high-quality,large-sample,standardized randomized controlled clinical trial. It provides reliable evidence for clinical treatment of hypertension.
