马进应用四妙丸加味治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿经验

摘　　要：蛋白尿不仅作为慢性肾炎的诊断指标,更是慢性肾炎的治疗重点。马进教授从事中医内科肾脏病临床研究与诊治30余载,对于肾小球肾炎临床诊治有着丰富的经验,对于如何运用中药治疗蛋白尿并发挥药效是临床探究的重点,并可缓解慢性肾衰竭的发生与发展。湿热邪气是导致肾性蛋白尿的重要致病因素之一,因此祛除湿热邪气是治疗蛋白尿的关键。吾师临床上应用四妙丸加味治疗肾小球肾炎蛋白尿具有良好的效果,笔者总结其经验如下。Proteinuria is not only a diagnostic indicator for chronic nephritis,but also a treatment focus for chronic nephritis. Professor MA Jin has been engaged in clinical research and diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for kidney disease for more than 30 years. He has rich experience on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of glomerulonephritis. It is the focus of clinical research on how to use traditional Chinese medicine to treat proteinuria and exert its efficacy and alleviate chronic kidney failure. The occurrence and development of damp-heat is one of the important pathogenic factors leading to renal proteinuria. Therefore,removing heat and heat is the key to treating proteinuria. The application of Simiao Pills in the treatment of glomerular nephritis proteinuria has good effect. The experience was introduced as follows.
