肾衰康方联合血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨肾衰康方联合血液透析滤过对30例尿毒症患者IL-18及CRP清除的疗效。[方法]选取2017年12月-2018年6月广州中医药大学祈福医院收治的尿毒症患者30例,按照不同治疗方式,分成两组,对照组应用血液透析滤过,研究组联合应用肾衰康方。观察两组治疗前后的甲状旁腺激素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)及血肌酐(Serum creatinine,Scr)水平、白介素-18(IL-18)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。[结果]治疗后,研究组PTH及Scr水平低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组IL-18及CRP水平低于对照组(P <0. 05)。[结论]血液过滤透析联合肾衰康方能够提高清除尿毒症患者体内的中小分子毒素物质的效果,进一步降低尿毒症患者体内IL-18及CRP水平。[Objective]To investigate the clearance of IL-18 and CRP in 30 patients with uremia by Shenshuaikang Prescription combined with hemodialysis filtration. [Methods]Thirty cases of uremia patients admitted to Clifford Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with hemodialysis filtration,and the research group was combined with Shenshuaikang Prescription.Serum levels of parathyroid hormone(PTH),Serum creatinine(Scr),interleukin-18(IL-18) and c-reactive protein(CRP) were measured before and after treatment in the two groups. [Results] After treatment,PTH and Scr levels in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). IL-18 and CRP levels in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion]Hemofiltration dialysis combined with Shenshuaikang Prescription can improve the effect of removing small and medium molecular toxins in uremic patients,and further reduce IL-18 and CRP levels in uremic patients.
