越鞠汤联合基础干预治疗糖尿病前期(气滞痰阻)随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察越鞠汤联合基础干预治疗糖尿病前期(气滞痰阻)疗效。[方法]将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组40例基础干预治疗。治疗组40例越鞠汤,1剂/d,水煎300mL,饭后服用;基础干预治疗同对照组。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床表现、FBG、2hPG、Hb A1c、TG、总TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]FBG、2hPG、Hb A1c、TG、总TC、LDL-C、HDL-C均有改善(P<0.05,P<0. 01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]越鞠汤联合基础干预治疗糖尿病前期(气滞痰阻),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the efficacy of Yueju decoction combined with basic intervention in the treatment of pre-diabetes(Qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction). [Methods]Eighty outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. Forty patients in the control group underwent basic intervention. In the treatment group,40 cases were treated with Yueju decoction,1 dose/d,300 m L after meals. The basic intervention treatment was the same as that of the control group. Continuous treatment for 3 months was a course of treatment. Clinical manifestations,FBG,2 h PG,HbA1 c,TG,total TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and adverse reactions were observed. After treatment for 1 course,the efficacy was determined. [Results]FBG,2 hPG,Hb A1 c,TG,total TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were all improved( P<0.05,P <0.01),and those of the treatment group improved better than those of the control group( P<0.05,P<0.01). [Conclusion]Yueju decoction combined with basic intervention for the treatment of pre-diabetes(Qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction) has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
