霍香正气汤加减联合中药神阙穴贴敷治疗急性胃肠炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察霍香正气汤加减联合中药神阙穴贴敷治疗急性胃肠炎疗效。[方法]将60例患者按就诊顺序号方法随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组左氧氟沙星,0.1~0.2 g/次,2次/d。治疗组霍香正气汤加减联合中药神阙穴贴敷。连续治疗48h。观测临床疗效、症状消失时间。[结果]治疗组显效24例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率93. 33%;对照组显效13例,有效5例,无效12例,总有效率60.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。腹泻、腹痛及呕吐等症状改善时间治疗组均明显短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。[结论]霍香正气汤加减联合中药神阙穴贴敷治疗急性胃肠炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi Decoction combined with Shenque( RN8) application on acute gastroenteritis. [Method]Sixty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. In the control group,levofloxacin was used 0.1 ~0.2 g/time,twice a day. The treatment group was treated with Huoxiang Zhengqi Decoction combined with Shenque(RN8) application. The continuous treatment was 48 hours. The clinical efficacy and disappearance time of symptoms were observed. [Result]In the treatment group,24 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 93. 33%. In the control group,13 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective and 12 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 60.00%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.01). The improvement time of symptoms such as diarrhea,abdominal pain and vomiting in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P<0.01). [Conclusion] Huoxiang Zhengqi Decoction combined with Shenque(RN8) application is effective in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis without serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
