摘  要:在冶金行业的整个生产工艺过程中,天车设备对生产的运行起着相当重要的作用不仅要求电气控制系统安全可靠,还需要控制精度高、故障率低、调速安全稳定等特点。大功率和高开关频率的半导体器件的开发研制成功,以及现代数字技术的普及应用,对于天车的调速控制有了更多的选择,目前冶金行业重要天车的调速控制主要采用的是晶闸管定子调压调速及三相绕线式电动机转子串电阻调速。In the whole production process of metallurgical industry,the crown block equipment plays an important role in the operation of production,which not only requires the safety and reliability of the electrical control system,but also requires the characteristics of high control accuracy,low failure rate,safe and stable speed regulation.The successful development of high-power and high switching frequency semiconductor devices,as well as the popularization and application of modern digital technology,have more choices for the speed control of the crown block.At present,the speed control of the important crown block in the metallurgical industry mainly adopts thyristor stator voltage regulation and three-phase wound motor rotor series resistance speed regulation.
