摘　　要：目的观察关节镜下半月板成形术治疗老年患者半月板损伤的近期疗效.方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月在长治医学院附属和平医院诊治的300例半月板损伤老年患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组150例.对照组采取常规半月板切除术,观察组采取关节镜辅助下半月板成形术.比较两组术后膝关节功能恢复情况、围术期指标及术后并发症发生情况.结果观察组术后膝关节功能恢复优良率为96.67%(145/150),高于对照组的88.67%(123/150),P<0.05;两组手术用时比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院时间、术后关节活动度和Lysholm评分均优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组术后并发症率为3.33%(5/150),低于对照组的12.00%(18/150),P<0.05.结论关节镜辅助下半月板成形术治疗老年患者半月板损伤可取得满意的近期疗效,有助于促进患者膝关节功能恢复并降低并发症风险.Objective To observe the short-tenn efficacy of arthroscopic meniscus arthroplasty on elderly patients with meniscal injuiy.Methods A total of 300 elderly patients with meniscus injury treated in the Affiliated Peace Hospital,Changzhi Medical College from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.And they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.Patients in lhe control group were treated by routine meniscectomy,while patients in the observation group were treated by arthroscopic menisgoplasty.The recovery of knee joint function,perioperative indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of knee function recovery was 96.67%(145/150)in the observation group and 88.67%(123/150)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant differenee in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospital stay,postoperative joint activity and Lysholm scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate was 3.33%(5/150)in the obseiwation group,and it was 12.00%(18/150)in the control group,while the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Arthroscopic meniscal arthroplasty for elderly patients with meniscal injury can achieve satisfactory short-term results,help to promote the recovery of knee joint function and reduce the risk of complications.
