摘  要:重点研究适用测量中、高频的压电式加速度传感器、精确测试低频振动的连铸结晶器振动装置。通过调节信号发生器改变功率放大器输入信号的频率和幅值,进而改变标准振动台的振动频率和振幅。实验结果表明,普通的压电式加速度传感器可以用于低频振动测试,对压电式加速度传感器进行振动频率为2Hz〜3Hz的标定,可以得到较好的振动测试效果。The research of the continuous casting mould vibration equipment is focused on in this paper,which is suitable for accurately measuring the medium and high frequency piezoelectric accelerometers and low frequency vibration.By adjusting the signal generator,the frequencies and amplitudes of the input signals of the power amplifier are changed,and then the vibration frequencies and amplitudes of the standard shaker are changed.The experimental results show that the common piezoelectric acceleration sensors can be used for low frequency vibration tests,and the calibration of the piezoelectric acceleration sensors with the vibration frequency of 2Hz^3Hz,is helpful to get better test results.
