高职校企合作育人路径优化探析——以江苏经贸职业技术学院快递物流专业为例

摘　　要：产教融合、校企合作育人已日益成为我国高职教育关注的焦点。文章在反思校企合作育人实践的基础上,分析得出当前高等职业教育人才培养普遍面临的难题。要激发企业参与高职教育人才培养的积极性和主动性,政府应加大政策引导支持力度,进一步深化"放管服"改革,综合运用宏观调控手段,严格产教融合型企业的复核、审批和考核评价;高职院校要切实考虑企业的利益诉求,强化企业的主体地位,共同培养技术技能人才;企业要转变观念,抢抓机遇,主动作为,积极参与对接职业教育人才培养工作。The integration of production and education and the talent cultivation by college-enterprise cooperation have increasingly become the focus of higher vocational education in China.Based on the reflection on the practice of talent cultivation by college-enterprise cooperation,the article analyzes the difficulties currently encountered in talents’cultivation in higher vocational education.To stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of enterprises’participation in talents cultivation in higher vocational education,the government should increase policy guidance and support,further deepen the"release,management and service"reform,comprehensively use macro adjustment measures,and strictly review,approve,and evaluate such enterprises;higher vocational colleges should consider the appealing of enterprises,strengthen their main body status,and jointly cultivate technical and skilled talents;enterprises must change their concepts,seize opportunities,take initiatives,and actively participate in the work of talents’cultivation of vocational education.
