摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合丙卡特罗治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效及对患者肺功能和血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取医院2017年12月至2018年12月收治的慢性咳嗽患者120例,按随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,各60例。两组患者均予抗菌药物及常规止咳化痰等基础治疗,并口服丙卡特罗口服溶液,联合组患者加服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片,两组均治疗4周。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC及白细胞介素10 (IL-10)水平均显著升高,白细胞介素4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及日间、夜间咳嗽症状积分均显著降低,联合组患者上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P <0. 05);联合组咳嗽消停时间显著短于对照组(P <0. 05);联合组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(10. 00%比8. 33%,P> 0. 05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合丙卡特罗治疗慢性咳嗽,可有效改善患者的肺功能及减轻炎性反应,从而缓解咳嗽症状。Objective To investigate the efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with procaterol on chronic cough and its effect on patients’ lung function and serum inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic cough treated in the hospital between December 2017 and December 2018 were divided into the combined group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. Both groups were given basic treatment such as antibacterial drugs and drugs that can relieve cough and reduce sputum,as well as oral procaterol solution. On this basis,the combined group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets. All patients were treated for 4 weeks. Results Compared with before treatment,the forced vital capacity( FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second( FEV1),FEV1/FVC,and level of interleukin( IL)-1 in all patients increased significantly,levels of IL-4 and tumor necrosis factor α( TNF-α),daytime or nighttime cough symptom scores in all patients decreased significantly after treatment;the improvements of the indexes in the combined group were significantly better that those of the control group( P < 0. 05);the cough disappearance time in the combined group was significantly shorter than that in the control group( P < 0. 05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( 10. 00% vs. 8. 33%,P > 0. 05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with procaterol on chronic cough can effectively improve the lung function in patients with and relieve the inflammatory response,thereby relieving cough symptoms.
