摘  要:通过超声波提取法,对苍耳乙酸乙酯不同浓度提取液在新鲜苹果上进行了苹果轮纹病的预防实验,计算预防率,研究结果表明,苍耳提取物对苹果轮纹病具有一定的预防作用,0.3g/mL苍耳提取物预防率最高,达到85.53%,而0.1g/mL预防率最低。预防率与浓度呈线性正相关,直线回归方程为y=223.32x+15.466(R2=0.989),理论上预防率达到100%的浓度为0.379g/mL。Ultrasonic extraction method was used to prevent apple ringworm disease on fresh apples with different concentrations of ethyl acetate extract of Xanthium.The prevention rate was calculated.The research results show that Xanthium extract has certain effects on apple ringworm The preventive effect of 0.3 g/mL Xanthium extract was the highest,reaching 85.53%,while the preventive rate of 0.1 g/mL was the lowest.The prevention rate is linearly positively correlated with the concentration.The linear regression equation is y=223.32 x+15.466(R2=0.989).Theoretically,the concentration at which the prevention rate reaches 100% is 0.379 g/mL.
