摘　　要：陕西安康江华化工公司100kt/a硫化钡黑灰改造生产线由中材国际工程股份有限公司设计并提供技术支撑,该项目应用了水泥行业成熟先进的大型窑炉技术、原料预均化技术、燃煤细粉制备技术、粉尘治理及中央集控等技术,实现了多个突破,自投产多年以来产量稳定在100kt/a以上,设备运转率达到了95%,各项设计指标均优于设计指标,真正实现了优质、高产、低耗的稳定生产运行。Shaanxi Ankang Jianghua Chemical Company with an annual output of 100,000 tons of barium sulfide black ash reconstruction production line was designed and provided technical support by Sinoma International Engineering Co.,Ltd.This project applies mature and advanced large-scale kiln technology and raw material pre-homogenization in the cement industry Technology,coal burning fine powder preparation technology,dust control technology and central centralized control technology,have achieved multiple breakthroughs.Since it has been put into production for many years,the output has been stable at more than 100,000 tons/year,the equipment operation rate has reached 95%,and various design indicators Both are better than the design indicators,and truly achieve stable production operation with high quality,high output and low consumption.
