摘　　要：我国经济体质改革以来,企业在发展的过程中面临着一些挑战。其中,安全文化建设对企业尤为重要,是企业安全自主管理目标能否实现的基础。为此,企业在发展期间应当进行安全文化构建,以提升企业管理质量,为企业未来长足发展奠定良好的基础。Since the reform of China’s economic constitution,enterprises are faced with some challenges in the process of development,of which the construction of safety culture is particularly important for enterprises,which is the basis for the realization of the goal of independent safety management.Therefore,enterprises should construct safety culture during the development period,so as to improve the quality of enterprise management and lay a good foundation for the future development of enterprises.
