摘  要:现今的技术条件下,影响胶体电池浮充压差的关键因素已不再是那些在电池里的"固相",更重要的是可以引起浓差极化的胶体电解液和化成工艺才是关键因素。胶体电池初期氧化合通道的快速建立依赖于胶体电解液的质量和科学合理的化成充放电制度。主要对解决OPzV胶体电池浮充压差问题提出了新的思路和解决办法。Under current technical conditions,the key factors that affect the difference of float charging voltage of gelled batteries are no longer the "solid phase" in the battery,but the colloidal electrolyte that can cause concentration polarization and the old formation process are the key factors.The rapid establishment of the initial oxidation channel of colloid battery completely depends on the quality of colloid electrolyte and reasonable charging and discharging system.New ideas and solutions are proposed to solve the problem of float charging voltage difference of OPzV gelled batteries.
