摘 要:为满足地铁运营功能要求,地铁需设置双线共构地下区间,受周边条件限制而常采用暗挖施工。目前,对于此类暗挖区间一般采用"双侧壁导坑法"单拱大跨度断面或"中洞法"双联拱断面,前者由于结构跨度大、开挖面积大、结构厚度大、工程造价高、开挖步序多而施工速度慢、施工风险高的问题;而后者虽然结构跨度小、开挖面积略小、结构厚度小、工程造价略低,但由于其特殊施工步序,存在施工速度慢、联拱处易积水、防水质量差的问题。因此,为解决以上的问题,笔者提出初支联拱二衬独立式新型暗挖结构与施工方法(简称"联独法"或"∞法"),介绍该工法的结构设计理念,对该工法结构的受力、开挖变形进行深入分析,对现场施工监控量测数据进行分析。In order to meet the functional requirements of the subway operation,the subway needs to be provided with double-lane co-constructed underground section which,limited by the surrounding conditions,for example pipeline shift,traffic guidance,buildings demolition,often undercovered. At present,the "center drift method"or the double side drift method are generally adopted for this type of undercutting section. But,the former has many problems,such as large span、large excavation area,high project cost,complicated excavation steps,slowly the construction speed,high construction risk;although the latter,the structure of a single span is small,the excavation area is slightly smaller,the structure thickness is small,the project cost is slightly lower,but due to its special construction steps,there are many problems,such as,slow construction,easy to accumulate water at the arch,low waterproofing quality.Therefore,in order to solve the problems existing in the double-line co-construction section,the author proposed a new construction method which primary support conjoined and secondary support independent(referred to as conjoined and independent method or ∞ method),introduces the structural design concept,deeply analyzes the structure force,compares the technical and economic indicators with other sections,contrasts the excavation deformation of the structure with other sections,and the actual project,which this section relied on,is introduced,the deformation subsidence in the construction process is analyzed in detail.
