摘  要:通过分析热轧高强钢带表面边部典型缺陷的形貌特征及与成分、连铸工艺、轧钢工艺的相关性,阐述了产生缺陷的机理,指导高强钢带成分设计、连铸及轧钢工艺制度的制定,有效地提高钢带表面质量。铸坯边部缺陷的产生与化学成分、连铸工艺有关,在轧钢工序绝大部分缺陷会得到减轻和修复,严重的缺陷在后续的轧制过程暴露,合理设计钢种的化学成分及优化连铸工艺能够有效预防铸坯边角部、表面缺陷的发生。轧钢过程产生边部缺陷与材料本身塑性有关,可以通过优化调整各轧机实际压下量予以改进。This paper introduces the typical defect morphology of the surface of hot-rolled high-strength strip steel.By analyzing the typical defect morphology and the correlation with composition,continuous casting process and steel rolling process,the mechanism of each defect is explained.Guide the design of high-strength steel strip components,continuous casting,and steel rolling process and effectively improve the surface quality of the strip steel.The edge defects of the slab are related to the chemical composition and continuous casting process.Most of the defects in the rolling process will be alleviated and repaired,but serious defects will be leaked in the subsequent rolling process.Designing rationally chemical composition and optimizing the continuous casting process can effectively prevent the occurrence of defects in the corners of the slab.The edge defects generated in the rolling process are related to the plasticity of the material itself,which can be improved by optimizing the actual rolling reduction of each rolling mill.
