摘 要:在双流体模型的基础上,通过合理的假设和简化,建立了适合水汽化和脱硫反应过程的数理模型,采用模拟方法计算了喷动床内水汽化、脱硫反应过程及一定条件下料浆含水量对喷动床脱硫效率的影响,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比分析。在相同条件下,脱硫效率模拟值略高于实验值,偏差值为0.96%,表明计算模型具有一定的合理性。模拟结果表明:喷射区气体温度高、速率大;环隙区外侧气-液接触面积大、水停留时间长;故在这两区域内喷动床的水汽化速率高。脱硫反应主要发生在环隙区,脱硫产物集中分布在环隙区和喷动床出口处。此外,随着脱硫料浆含水量增加,喷动床的脱硫效率呈先增加后减小的规律。最佳的料浆含水比m(Ca(OH)2)∶m(H2O)为1∶40,此时,喷动床的脱硫效率达到最高值,为75.75%。Based on the two-fluid model,mathematical model of water vaporization and desulfurization was established through reasonable hypothesis and simplifications.Effects of water vaporization,desulfurization reaction process in the powder-particle spouted bed and water content on desulfurization efficiency were calculated by numerical simulation method.In addition,desulfurization efficiency obtained by the simulation method was compared with the experimental results.The above comparison results suggest that water vaporization rate is high in the spout and annular region,because gas temperature and velocity are higher in the spout region than that in other regions,and there are larger gas-liquid contact area and longer water retention time in the annular region than that in other regions.The main area for flue gas desulfurization reaction taking place is annular area.Desulfurization products are mainly concentrated in the annulus region and spout bed outlet.Under the same conditions,for desulfurization efficiency,the simulation result is slightly higher than that of experiment.However,the variation is only 0.96%,which indicates that the calculation model is reasonable.It is also found that,with water content increasing in the slurry,the desulfurization efficiency of powder-particle spouted bed goes up first and then declines.When the mass ratio of Ca(OH)2 and H2O is 1∶40 in the sorbent,the desulfurization efficiency of powder-particle spouted bed can reach a maximum value of 75.75%.
