摘  要:将生物质热解油提质后的精制生物油按5%、10%和15%的体积比加入柴油中,配制混合燃料B5、B10和B15。在发动机不同负荷工况下,考察了精制生物油比例对混合燃料的当量比燃油耗、有效热效率、气缸压力及尾气排放等特性参数的影响。结果表明:在额定转速25%负荷时,随着精制生物油添加比例增加,柴油机燃用混合燃料的当量比燃油耗升高,有效热效率降低,排气温度依次升高;在额定转速100%负荷时,随着精制生物油添加比例增加,混合燃料燃烧时缸内最大爆发压力依次下降,瞬时放热率峰值依次升高,燃烧始点滞后角度逐渐增加;此外,HC、CO和烟度排放均略有增加,但NOx排放略有减少。在小负荷工况下4种燃料HC和CO排放差异较大,因为该工况下更容易形成HC和CO;而大负荷工况时不同燃料的NO x和烟度排放差异更大。Bio-oil upgraded from biomass pyrolysis oil was added to diesel at the volume ratios of 5%,10%and 15%to prepare B5,B10 and B15 blended fuels.Under different engine load conditions,effects of bio-oil blending ratio and fuel composition on equivalent brake specific fuel consumption,effective thermal efficiency,cylinder pressure and exhaust emission were investigated.It was found that,under the rated speed of 25%load,increasing bio-oil blending ratio will increase equivalent brake specific fuel consumption,decrease effective thermal efficiency,and gradually increase exhaust gas temperature.It was also observed that,under 100%load,increasing bio-oil blending ratio will cause maximum cylinder pressure gradually decrease,peak of transient heat release rate gradually increases,and ignition timing lag angle gradually increases.In addition,it was found that,under 100%load,HC,CO and smoke emission can increase slightly but NOx emission decreases slightly.Under low load conditions,HC and CO emissions from different blended diesel fuels are much different since HC and CO emissions are easier to produce under these conditions.However,NOx and smoke emissions are much different for different blended diesel fuels at high load conditions.
