摘 要:为了从理论分析的角度研究支撑剂变形及其嵌入程度对裂缝导流能力的影响,在考虑支撑剂之间及其与壁面接触变形的基础上,结合Carman-Kozeny公式,建立了闭合压力作用下支撑剂堆叠层数、支撑剂粒径以及岩石力学参数对支撑剂嵌入程度、裂缝渗透率及导流能力影响的数学模型,并通过实验数据验证其准确性。模拟结果表明:支撑剂堆叠层数和岩石力学参数是影响孔隙变化的主控因素,且堆叠层数越多,弹性模量越小,裂缝孔隙度越小,支撑剂变形导致的孔隙度减小是其总减小量的22%;相较于提高裂缝渗透率,增加裂缝宽度是提高裂缝导流能力的主要途径。In order to theoretically investigate the effect of deformation and embedment of proppants on the fracture conductivity,based on the analysis of the deformation of proppants and formation rock with linear elastic mechanics, a mathematical model was established in combination with Carman-Kozeny formula to study the influence of proppant packing layers, proppant size and rock mechanical properties on the proppant embedment, fracture permeability and conductivity under different closure pressures. The accuracy of this model was verified by experimental data. The results show that the proppant packing layers and rock mechanical properties are the main controlling factors that affect the fracture porosity. The more the proppants layers are and the smaller the elastic modulus is, the smaller the fracture porosity is. The decrease of the fracture porosity caused by proppant deformation accounts for 22% of the total variation. Compared with increasing the fracture permeability, increasing the fracture width is the main way to improve the fracture conductivity.
