摘 要:采用生化微反应器对废水可生化性的表征方法进行了初步的研究,提出了一种废水可生化性的检测方法,并将测定的指标定义为生化呼吸指数(Ks)。结果表明:在相同HRT的情况下,废水COD去除率的高低与废水的Ks呈对应关系;特殊菌种在很大程度上可以明显改变废水的Ks,同一种废水在不同的生化体系中也可以具有不同的Ks,随着生化体系中SS的增加,废水的Ks也逐渐上升。Ks比常用的B/C更能反映出实际生化体系中废水的可生化性,并将Ks=5.0作为评价废水可生化性的判定值,当Ks<5.0时,表明废水的可生化性较差;当Ks≥5.0时,表明这种废水的可生化性较好。In this paper,a biochemical microreactor was used to conduct a preliminary study on the characterization method of wastewater biodegradability.A characterization method was proposed,and the measured index was defined as biochemical respiration index(Ks).Results showed that the COD removal rate corresponded to the Ks value of wa-stewater at the same HRT.The special bacteria had a significant effect on the improvement of wastewater Ks value,so that the same wastewater also had different Ks values in different biochemical systems.With the increase of SS concentration in biochemical system,the Ks index of wastewater gradually increased,by comparison with B/C ratio,the Ks value proposed in this paper can better reflect the wastewater biodegradability in the actual biochemical sys-tem,Ks of 5.0 is determined as the value for evaluating the biodegradability of wastewater.When the measured index Ks<5.0,it indicates that the biodegradability of this wastewater is relatively poor.When the measured index Ks≥5.0,it indicates that the biodegradability of wastewater was better.
