摘 要:国家推出各项政策大力发展数字内容产业,为数字内容设计制作专业背景的高职大学生创业提供了机会。大学生创业团队缺乏磨合、运营经验不足,导致创业存活率不高,毕业即创业并不是最合理的市场投放方式。通过升级数字创意产业化工作室单一项目实践功能,将其转化为创业先期的训练场,重组创业施教人员结构,注重培养创业人才的综合素质,加强创业人才主导翻转课堂所需的专业能力积累,形成对于常规教学的反作用助力,逐步实现创业人才迭代,向社会提供数字内容技术服务和自主原创开发,推进大学生创业活动的可持续健康发展。China has launched various policies to vigorously develop the digital content industry, which provides opportunities for vocational college students with professional background of digital content design and production to start their own businesses. Undergraduate entrepreneurship team lacks running-in and operation experience, which leads to a low survival rate. Starting one’s own business right after graduation may not be the most suitable career path for all students. Innovative digital industrialization studio can be transformed into an early training field through upgrading its single project practice. It is highly advisable to reorganize the teaching staff, cultivate the comprehensive quality of entrepreneurship talents, strengthen the accumulation of professional competence required for entrepreneurship talents in leading the reversal classroom,form a counter force to conventional teaching, and gradually realize the upgrading of entrepreneurship talents. It will provide the society with digital content technology services and independent original development in promoting a sustainable and healthy development of college students’ entrepreneurship enthusiasm.
